Today we failed to be an effective in keeping fit! haha.
We ran 2 rounds and went to munch at KFC!
Nevertheless, it's a good time of fellowship. heh.

Easter is only 5 days away~! Let's all get gear up!

Exodus 14 speaks of the Exodus of the children of Israel, and how Moses led the people out of Egypt through the passing of the Red Sea.
